This fun interactive program will explore seven tools that you can use to increase happiness in all avenues of your life. We will touch on the benefits of living a happy life, the science behind it and the research done on each of the tools. Learn how to get over the barriers that prevent us from exercising the self-care that is so necessary to happiness. Zero in on specific exercises that, when used consistently, build strength, resilience and help you create the life you have earned.

Looking at case studies of real people, we will review the tools they used to push through adversity and create a happy, purpose-filled life.
